Marlborough House is a significant multi-residential development located in Upper Marlborough, Maryland. The project focused on a major modernization of the building's exterior envelope. It was executed under the architectural direction of Southern Management Community and completed in 2021. The primary objective was to replace aged exterior elements with a contemporary facade system. This revitalization represents a key investment in the property's infrastructure and aesthetic value.
Our Contribution
We were engaged as the specialized facade contractor to execute the core scope of work. Our team was responsible for the end-to-end installation of the new curtain wall system. We managed the procurement, logistics, and hoisting of large-format glass and framing components. The scope required precise execution to install the extensive glazing across the multi-story structure. We ensured the new system was securely anchored and integrated with the existing building frame.
