Our Contribution
We were engaged to execute the core components of the exterior improvement scope. Our team managed the demo of outdated facade elements to prepare substrate surfaces. We specialized in the installation of new, durable cladding and weather-barrier systems. The scope included coordinating the replacement of exterior windows and doors for better efficiency. We ensured all installations adhered strictly to government housing construction standards.

The project features the installation of low-maintenance, high-durability modern siding materials. Energy-efficient windows fitted with insulated glazing units were integrated throughout the complex.
